	Gordon Allebach has over ten years of real estate experience in the acquisition of commercial properties and development of residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area. He has owned and operated over 300 apartment units, office buildings and retail strip centers in Illinois, North Carolina and Florida. Currently, Gordon is involved in a 16-unit mixed-use development in Chicago, managing his other real estate holdings, and a 200-acre luxury home development in Costa Rica. Gordon is a graduate of Michigan State University and previously worked in Facilities Management for ServiceMaster until he started in real estate. He has a passion for development and he enjoys travel, skiing, scuba diving and the theater. Gordon and his wife, Debra, reside in Chicago.

	William Earnest has a wide range of business experience in the service, retail, and real estate sectors. Bill studied business before accepting a managing position with an international service company. His next professional venture included a career with a global manufacturer in an advisory capacity. During the course of these operations, he also handled leased property in the Chicagoland area. Currently, Bill is involved in developing a 200-acre luxury home development in Costa Rica. His interests are golf, water sports, and classical music. Bill and his wife, Michelle, a professional opera singer, reside in Chicago with their son, Billy.

	Lucy Areyzaga has been involved with real estate in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. During this time she also worked for Caterpillar, Inc. in various capacities. Currently, Lucy is overseeing operations of a 200-acre luxury home development in Costa Rica as well as the design and construction of her own home. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Lucy enjoys travel, cooking, flowers, and plants. She resides in Costa Rica on a 200-acre cattle ranch with her husband, Ruben. They have been married almost 40 years and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
